Purpose of the MHP Trust Line.

The MHP Trust Line is designed to allow employees and partners to report problems or opportunities that arise in their interaction with the Company. Calls are registered on any issues that cause concern or are aimed at making the Company better.

Warning about the lack of emergency assistance.

The MHP Trust Line (hereinafter referred to as the Line) is not an emergency service. Do not use the Line to report events that pose an immediate threat to life or property. Messages submitted through this Line may not receive an immediate response. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the nearest law enforcement authorities or emergency services.

Jurisdiction and procedure for reviewing the report.

Your message will be considered in Ukraine in accordance with applicable law, including the law governing your relationship with the Company. The legal relations arising in connection with the consideration of your appeal are regulated in accordance with the applicable law, and in the case of an appeal from Ukraine - in accordance with the Law of Ukraine ‘On Citizens’ Appeals’. The terminology used in this document is interpreted in accordance with the applicable law.

Grounds for processing personal data (in case of non-anonymous communication).
